2. Service Description
DirectHireMaid.com.sg offers a matching service for the direct hire of maids (MDWs) for employers. Our role is limited to administrative tasks related to the hiring process. We do not provide any matching services between employers and maids.
3. Application Process
All maid hiring applications for direct hire must be processed through Discover Employment Agency Pte Ltd (MOM License No: 13C6897). You are not permitted to apply directly by yourself for the profiles from which you receive contact details through us.
4. Agency Fees
The agency fees for hiring maids through our service are as follows:
- Transfer Maid: $229 (Includes all MOM charges and transport)
- Ex-Singapore Maid: $329 (Includes all MOM charges, medical, and transport)
- New Maid: $399 (Includes all MOM charges, SIP, medical, and transport)
5. Services Provided
Our agency fee covers the following services:
- Full documentation for the work permit application
- Handling all necessary procedures for the work permit, including thumbprint registration
- Transportation of the helper to your doorstep
6. Additional Charges
- Insurance: Insurance is charged separately
- FDW Loan: The FDW loan may be charged by Discover Employment Agency Pte Ltd (MOM License No: 13C6897) in accordance with MOM rules and regulations.
7. No Replacement or Refund
The agency fee is a direct hiring cost and does not include any provision for replacement or refund of the maid.
8. Compliance with MOM Regulations
All services provided comply with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. Employers must adhere to MOM rules regarding the employment of MDWs.
9. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you are responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to the guidelines set forth by Discover Employment Agency Pte Ltd (MOM License No: 13C6897).
10. Limitation of Liability
Discover Employment Agency Pte Ltd (MOM License No: 13C6897) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.
